Our people are skeptical. Will this work for them?
That’s exactly who it’s for. We start with one low-stakes task from their own week. Nobody gets put on the spot. Skeptics tend to be the best at checking AI’s work.
Which tools do you teach?
The ones your firm has approved. Commonly Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini business plans. I don’t sell software, and I don’t take commissions.
Do people need to be good with computers?
No. If you can write an email to a colleague, you can do this. I go slowly, use big text, and leave every step on the screen.
How long is a workshop, and where?
A half day is about 3.5 hours for up to 12 people. A full day is about 6 hours for up to 15. A lunch-and-learn is shorter. Either in person around Wayzata, Lake Minnetonka, and the Twin Cities, or on Zoom.
What happens after the workshop?
With PACE 30, we check in weekly for a month, build a shared prompt library, and measure what changed.
Is it safe to use AI with client information?
That’s your firm’s policy decision, not mine. I train within your approved tools and rules, use sample data in every exercise, and give everyone a clear Don’t Paste guide. Exercises use a fake firm with fake clients. I never copy client information into my own accounts. Read the data safety approach.
Can you talk to our compliance officer or broker-dealer first?
Please do. I’m happy to send the agenda, sample exercises, and the Don’t Paste guide in advance, and I’ll use only what they approve.
Is this legal, compliance, tax, or investment advice?
No. It’s training on how to use AI tools for writing and organizing work.
What does it cost?
Most firms start with the Confidence Package: a half-day workshop plus PACE 30 for $2,500. Workshops start at $1,500. PACE 30 alone, added to a workshop, is $1,000 for up to 8 people and $1,500 for 9–15. A private lunch-and-learn is $500–$750, and that fee is credited if you book a workshop. A simple tool for one recurring task starts at $1,500. Prices are fixed. Training is not billed by the hour.
Will AI replace our people?
In my sessions, the expert stays in charge. AI drafts. You decide. The goal is less time on blank pages and routine writing, so your people have more time for clients.
