How a session runs

• We start with the worries, out loud: privacy, mistakes, and jobs. Then we answer them honestly.
• The first win comes in the first 20 minutes. It is usually a rewritten email.
• Pairs, not performances. A more confident person sits with a more careful one.
• I share my screen, not yours. Big text, slow clicks, every step left on screen.
• We practice on sample data. Then each person tries one low-risk task from their own week.

Time

What you leave with

• A personal prompt card, started in the room. Large print is available.
• Two or three of the First Five practiced on sample data.
• The team tasks worth saving as shared prompts.
• The Don’t Paste guide.

What I need from you first

• A 15-minute call with you, and with your compliance or IT contact if you want them there.
• Written confirmation of which AI tools your firm has approved, and any data rules.
• A 5-minute anonymous pre-survey for the team.

That is it. Your team only needs to think of one annoying task from their week.

  Half day or full day. Fixed price. No hourly billing for the session.

• Confidence Package

  $2,500

  Half-day workshop plus PACE 30 and a before-and-after report.

• Lunch-and-learn

  $500–$750

  A smaller first step. The fee is credited if you book a workshop.

Travel within 30 miles of Wayzata is included. Zoom is available anywhere.
